The assigned instructor depends on the course area and confirmed cohort schedule. BayCodingClub teachers bring backgrounds in computer science, programming, AI, competitions and project-based instruction.

From course selection to the first class
- Select a course and open its enrollment link.
- Pay through Stripe and accept the schedule, refund and privacy terms.
- Provide the student name, grade and email plus the parent email.
- Once the course reaches three enrolled students, BayCodingClub confirms the cohort.
- BayCodingClub emails families with the instructor, fixed weekly time and joining information.
Policies
Absences, cancellation and student privacy
- Email info@baycodingclub.com as early as possible for an absence.
- A family may request cancellation during the first week after the student's first class; requests are not accepted after that week.
- Make-up and refund details follow the terms accepted on the payment page.
- Student work is private by default. Public sharing requires separate parent permission.
