From course selection to the first class
- Select a course and open its enrollment link.
- Pay through Stripe and accept the course, waiting-period, refund and privacy terms.
- Provide the student name, grade and email plus the parent email.
- After payment, wait until the course reaches three students.
- BayCodingClub emails the confirmed instructor, weekly time and class information.
Policies
Absences, cancellation and student privacy
- Email info@baycodingclub.com as early as possible for an absence.
- A family may request cancellation during the first week after the student's first class; requests are not accepted after that week.
- Make-up and refund details follow the terms accepted on the payment page.
- Student work is private by default. Public sharing requires separate parent permission.
