Families enroll through the course payment link. Once three students enroll in the same course, BayCodingClub confirms the instructor, weekly class time and online meeting information. |
From course selection to the first class
Select a course and open its enrollment link.
Pay through Stripe and accept the course, waiting-period, refund and privacy terms.
Provide the student’s name, grade and email address, plus the parent email address.
After payment, wait until the selected course reaches three paid students.
BayCodingClub emails the confirmed instructor, weekly time and class information.
New to coding?
Students who want Track B but have not learned programming can begin with a live BayCodingClub one-on-one Python or Java course covering variables, conditions, loops, functions and foundational projects.

Absences and cancellation
Email info@baycodingclub.com as early as possible when a student will be absent.
A family may request cancellation during the first week after the student’s first class. Requests are not accepted after that week.
Make-up, waiting-period and refund details follow the terms accepted on the payment page.
Student privacy and parent authorization
Student work and class information are private by default.
Public sharing of a student’s name, image, voice or project requires separate parent or guardian permission.
The payment page will require acceptance of the parent authorization and privacy terms before checkout.
