Typing Club
Course Description:
Typing club is open to all the kids who has enrolled in any BayCodingClub courses.
Why typing club:
Coding efficiency needs to Touch typing and eliminates errors. In this class, kids need to learn Touch typing. It means,once you get enough practice, you won’t need to look at the keyboard.simply makes you more productive and it is a skill worth learning. As with any other skill, the only way to get better at it is to practice it as much as possible.
AGES: 5-8

PREREQUISITE: None
TOOLS: Laptop/keyboard
Time:5 mins before and after class per time. (Home practice is still needed)
Tuition: FREE
In this course, your kids will learn:
How to touch type, Sitting posture for typing, keyboard scheme, row position, Fingers motion, Typing speed, practicing.
Aim for the class:
For each kid, the typing speed should be 120 letter per minutes.
