ACSL Elementary Final Contest Special Training

Time: Start at  your  same class time  5 /11 and 5/18//2025 10:30-11:30pm PST

BCC will bear the Team Registration Fee for encouraging our students to join this event.

Zoom ID is the same as your normal training class.

Please note the student’s name in the notes, we will send you information to the filled email when you check out. Be sure to check that email. 

※ I agree that I will complete the ACSL tests independently. I will not consult/copy code from any source including a website, book, or friend/colleague to complete these tests, though I may reference language documentation or use an IDE that has code completion features.
If I was disqualified by the ACSL due to violation of the anti-plagiarism rules, Bay Coding Club shall hold no responsibility.
※ I agree that after signing up, I will keep participating through all the season contests and the Finals, unless due to force majeure where I have communicated the circumstance to Bay Coding Club and taken all appropriate action to mitigate that event. Force majeure will include, but not be limited to, earthquake, typhoon, flood, fire, and war or any other unforeseen and uncontrollable event.

The ACSL Finals will be held on May 24th 2025. It will be online, using the HackerRank platform that students have used during the regular season.

The format will be same as used in the previous contests for both the programming and short answer tests. There are no team awards. All prizes will be based on an individual’s score.

The programming test will be given in the morning (Eastern Daylight Time).

The short answer test for all divisions will be given in the afternoon. The time limit for all divisions is 1-hour. Each test will have 20 questions except that the Elementary test will have 12 questions. All categories tested during the year will be included. No new categories will be added. (each year changes, please read on ACSL.ORG)

The time schedule will be announced on May 1st.

There is a registration fee per student to participate in the Finals, you need to pay to ACSL.org by the link you received.
